Presentation Format

The Foundation prefers to receive proposals via its website.

Notification of Application Receipt

When the Foundation receives a proposal via the website, an e-mail notification will be sent to the designated contact person.

Timetable

Applications may be submitted at any time during the year.

Review & Response

There is no set deadline for grant requests. Typically, the Trustees meet quarterly and review applications. If additional information is necessary, the Foundation will contact you.

Within three weeks of the Trustees' review, the Foundation will send a letter of acceptance or declination.

Evaluation & Accountability

The Foundation wants to ensure that they, and the organizations they support, are good stewards of the resources entrusted to them. To attain this, accountability and communication are important. Based on a successful grantee's application, the Foundation reserves the right to request an Evaluation Report that outlines how the funds were used and if the outcomes stated in the grant request were met.
